 How do I register?

Click on "Register" tab on the lower right position of page or simply click on "become a Member" tab at the bottom of each page. Once you have filled out the form click "Submit" and within 1 working day you will receivea response back confiming your online account including user ID and password 

Why do I need to register?

We have undertaken a number of initiatives to make our web site and the information on it more secure. This is important as we design all our products and sell only to approved customers.  

I’m already a customer, why do I need to register?

 As previously mentioned we’ve been working hard to make our web site a more secure searching environment for our customers. This allows us to keep our customer information better secured over the internet and also allows us to give access only to valid companies.

 What should I do if I forget my password?

 How to get your quotation?

Open our product catalogue, double click on an image to get details about the product, if you are interested in this item, click “BUY” to add this item to your shopping cart. After you find all interested items, open your shopping cart and click “SUBMIT” to send us your inquiry. We will send you quotation within 2 working days.

 Why can’t I view your product online?

Since we will protect our creation and we can only sell to valid customer. Once you have registered and been issued an ID and password you will be able to access our products.

 I’m concerned with companies selling my information to marketing firms, etc. Will Silver House sell or solicit any information about me?

 We guarantee our customer we won’t sell or solicit their information, email addresses or products purchased to other companies. We do not participate in any type of soliciting.

 When do your catalog come out during the year?  

Our catalogue will update once a month.
